We are super happy

We got back from our holiday and we are super happy of all the amazing experiences we got chance to experience on our holiday. Big thank to you! Our guide-driver was amazing the best possible we could imagine. He was always on time, very helpful, polite, friendly, flexible and he looked after us well. He had a good sense of humor which is really important but also he was correct when needed. We also got some “extra services” when he showed us some places which were not on the program and he told comprehensively about the local life and culture. We were so happy to get the follow up calls from Creative Travel. And we really felt they were genuinely interested how we are doing and we were looked after well.

Program’s pace was perfect for us and all the places we visited were interesting. We had many highlights on our tour but especially Horton Plains amazed us. All the hotels were super nice as well even we didn’t have much time to spend in them.

Jon and I have just returned from a wonderful trip to India, arranged through the Flight Centre in the UK but obviously planned and delivered by Creative Travel.

I wanted to write and thank your entire team for their dedication and professionalism throughout the trip – they were there from the moment we landed until the moment we left and looked after us every step of the way.

Two people deserve a special mention: Mr Abhishek Kumar Tiwari, your Guest Ambassador in Delhi, who (among other things) initially welcomed us at the airport and subsequently helped us to navigate the chaos of Delhi train station, both on our departure to Agra and arrival from Jaipur a few days later; and our driver, Mr Gurvinder Singh, who was wonderful. We felt totally safe with him behind the wheel and he ensured we never wanted for anything – bottled water, riding comfort, temperature, etc. He was excellent company on the long journeys around the Golden Triangle and he went above and beyond the call of duty to take us on additional excursions (such as a theatre performance in Agra) that were not on the original itinerary.

Thanks also to Usha and IV Singh in Jaipur for welcoming us into their home for a cookery lesson and local dinner, and to all the other agents and guides who helped to create such a memorable trip for us.

Your company is excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending you.

A wonderful time in India

We arrived from New York on October 7th and we departed today. I am writing to commend your staff for their excellent services. My wife and I had a wonderful time in India. Your staff was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. In particular, I would like to express our deep appreciation to Mr. Manoj Mehta, Ashok the driver and Tajudeen the tour guide. Their exemplary professionalism was very much appreciated.

Cannot wait to go back to India

Our guest had a wonderful time, cannot wait to go back to India. This has been on his bucket list for years, so this was a highlight for them. Sandra equally enjoyed, just have not connected with her yet.

Told me Creative was Above & Beyond all the way. They LOVED their hotels, these were the top 3 in this order:

• Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur
• Aman-i-KhasRathambore
• Oberoi Amarvilas

and they LOVED The Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai as well.
